She loves working toward nervous system regulation, trauma resolution, and even has experience with prenatal psychology.

With a Bachelor’s in Human Physiology and a Masters in Athletic Training, she knows how to get you ironed out and back to your favorite activities in no time.
On the gentler side of things, she’s trained in Craniosacral Therapy. Excellent for headaches, neck pain, and regulating your central nervous system.

Pain Punisher.
Treating injuries and chronic pain through a variety of modalities, James’ goal is to get you better for good. Deep Tissue, Gua Sha, Cupping, and Neuromuscular release are just a few of the tools he utilizes to take you out of pain and bring you into your body in new ways.
He also sprinkles cranial sacral, Chakra alignment, Zero Balancing, and other energy techniques into sessions as appropriate.
