  • Prenatal Massage

    The days of laying on your side while someone pokes at your back and calls it a Prenatal Massage are over.

    Come enjoy the face-down tummy bolster.

    I’ve got training specifically for pregnant mamas and moisturizing Lotion for your achey feet!

  • Intraoral / TMJ Massage (new service!)

    Great for jaw tension, clicking, and popping. Also helpful for headaches and stubborn necks.

    Sessions include “regular” massage to neck and face, as well as massage inside the mouth to get the jaw as a whole.

    I’ll wear gloves, you’ll start the session with a mint, it’ll be fun!

  • Manual Lymphatic Drainage (new service!)

    Gentle techniques performed to specifically impact the lymphatic system.

    Helpful for things like:

    Swelling post-injury / surgery.
    Allergies / Puffiness
    Full body detox for mold or leaky gut protocols

    Please note that MLD services here are not appropriate for Stage 2 or 3 lymphedema or congestive heart failure. You need a lymphedema specialist. I highly recommend using this directory to find someone great:

I like to keep things simple.
Pricing is all-inclusive: what you see is what you pay.

Gratuity is never expected*
Cups are never an up-charge,
and CBD is totally up to you.
