and will automatically prompt you with the intake forms and COVID waivers that we need for your file.

A few things to keep in mind:
  • Come well hydrated!
    • There will be water available in the office, but the effects of massage tend to last longer when you’re nice and hydrated.
  • Come well fed!
    • Bodywork tends to increase your metabolism for the day, so make sure you eat a good breakfast.
  • Don’t worry about arriving early, but sure to plan for an extra 15 minutes on the tail end of your first appointment.
    • This leaves time for us to do a thorough intake before we get started, and for you to get dressed/undressed without feeling rushed.
  • Summit is tucked away within our office complex.
    •  Be sure to read the automated email that contains directions to the studio. It would be a shame to lose any table time!
